I didn't use many of my weekly points this week. I never have figured out exactly how many of those weekly points to use. I might try eating more of them this week for more fat in my diet. (My WW counting week begins tomorrow.)
Late night snack: I was hungry before bed tonight so I decided on Skinny Chocolate and a Strawberry Shortcake. (5 Points Plus)

I forgot to weigh myself this morning but yesterday I was down another .2 bringing me to 100.6 lbs lost. I really feel like I am finding my groove with THM (and keeping myself in check by counting WW points).
