Stick with it Saturday

 Stick with it Saturday and nothing great to report. I was up a little at Weight Watchers and that annoys me.  I have no reason to be up...I just am.  I know it will go back down but I'm a little impatient waiting.

I am still having trouble with my neck/back.  I tried running only once this week and not for very long and it made my neck hurt.  I am so frustrated because I want to run.  I feel like all of my hard work is going down the tubes.  I'm going to have to build back up to where I was.  I can't do much of anything but walk right now.


Goal for the week: stick to the plan!

I hate it when that happens! When I was losing that happened a few times, and it has happened a lot while trying to maintain. Just don't give up and you will be fine!

Yeah, I know...it's just frustrating. I have no intention of giving up!
