We ended up taking a spur of the moment trip yesterday so I didn't get my menu plan written yesterday. Better late than never!

Tuesday: Pan-seared chicken, roasted butternut squash and stuffing
Wednesday: Sweet Potato and Corn Chowder with Ham and rolls (from Weight Watchers I ♥ Leftovers)
Thursday: Apple Marinated Pork Chops with Cabbage (from Weight Watchers I ♥ Leftovers)
Friday: Pizza and chips
Saturday: B.L.T in a Bowl with rolls
Sunday: leftovers or something easy like sandwiches or pancakes
