Last week we only ended up eating about half of what was on my meal plan so some of this week's plan is just recipes I didn't get to last week. I did try two new recipes, Chicken Pot Pie Soup and Skinny Lasagna Alfredo, and both were delicious.
Monday: Homemade baked macaroni and cheese
Tuesday: busy day today and I have no idea yet!
Wednesday: Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes and vegetable
Thursday: Makeover One Pot Spaghetti from Healthy Cooking magazine
Friday: Kid's Choice (my nice way of saying it's date night and the older girls usually cook)
Saturday: Baked Potato Soup and biscuits
Sunday: Crock Pot Italian Meatballs (and either pasta or sandwich rolls)

I just downloaded another menu plan form. I want to be organized!
I used to use a form and post it on my fridge so the kids wouldn't be asking me ten times a day what was for supper. I haven't done that in a while but this is a start. :)
