Stick With It Saturday

So this will be a quick post.  Earlier in the week I decided I needed to lay off the exercise until I was better (recovering from pneumonia). I felt that the exercise was hindering my progress.  I am finally starting to feel better and plan to resume exercise this week. (Half of my family has had a stomach bug..hopefully I won't get it too.)  I will definitely work out on the Wii.  I want to start running again, but we are expecting some really cold weather this week (the weatherman said it could be the coldest weather we've seen in 6 I'm thinking sub-zero).  I won't be running in sub-zero temperatures.

My weight is up a couple of pounds from my lowest but for no apparent reason.  I've really been focusing on eating healthier with lots of fruits and veggies.  I expect it will go back down but it is always discouraging when this happens.

My goal for this week is to start working out again (I love Wii boxing) and to stick to my WW program.

The couple pound jump is always disheartening! Your body is getting ready to make another change!

I've been doing this long enough to know that this always happens BUT it doesn't make me any happier when it happens. :)
