Menu Plan Monday





Monday: Spicy Black Bean Soup and Nachos

Tuesday: Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and brown rice

Wednesday: Hamburgers and chips

Thursday: Spaghetti and bread

Friday: Fish sticks & potatoes

Saturday: Emma's birthday party...menu to be determined.

Sunday: leftovers

I might decide to substitute one of the meals with this Cran-Apple Turkey Skillet made with chicken instead of turkey.

I keep meaning to link up to a Menu Plan Monday. I have my meals planned til the end of January. Maybe I will remember to link up next week. Your link to Slow Cooker Italian Style Meatloaf from last week looked interesting. I don't have that Pizza spice though so do you know what I could substitute for that??

I think any Italian seasoning would work fine. I ended up baking it in the oven because I didn't get it in the Crockpot early enough. I thought it was good. I'll be making it again. (hopefully in the crockpot)
