Lunch: Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Smoothie
Supper: Reese's whip, a pancake and an apple.
Snack: popcorn

Lunch: Peach Cobbler Protein shake
Supper: Pizza and chips
Snack: Apple

Breakfast: Snickers Oatmeal
Lunch: Salad
Supper: Burger and fries. Split an order of seafood mushrooms.

Breakfast: Snickers Oatmeal
Lunch: went to a baby shower....ate there...more than I should have
Supper: Small chicken sandwich, handful of trail mix
Dessert: kale chips. 


Went off the rails this week...ugh.  Trying to get back on track for next week!

Hi Karen. It looks like you did two posts and quit for another year plus. I hope all is well. You are so right about dieting. It cannot be everything and our entire life. I have losing the same 10-15 pds for over 30 years now and I finally am getting it that once I lose it again, I have to figure out a way to eat and keep it off. That is the real trick. I wish you well. I have been using some of your old oat fiber recipes so your blog is still being used, I am sure. It comes up number 1-3 in the search for oat fiber recipes!
