Goal: Continue losing weight at a steady pace.
Pounds Lost: 47.6 (stayed the same this week)
How is it going this week? About the same. I sometimes want to eat more than I should but I don't. I always feel discouraged when I don't lose for a whole week. I also participated in the
Fearlessly Feminine Challenge this week where I wore a skirt (or dress) every day and took a picture of myself and blogged about it. It was hard to look at those pictures every day (and post them.) It's been nearly a year since I started this weight loss journey and I haven't even lost 50 lbs yet. I'm seriously thinking of exercising to hopefully jump start things a bit.
My plan for the week ahead: Just keep doing what I've been doing and maybe start doing my Leslie Sansone DVDs again.
