For you, though, I just want to say keep up the good work. Running might keep your DR from closing, though :( All the bouncing and shaking in the core really stresses the connective tissues of the abs when they're damaged. It's almost the same as running with a sprained ankle, only it's a sprained core, so to speak. I encourage you to wrap/bind/splint your belly when you run to help support your core, and that might help your diastasis "get a grip." Hugs, and keep up the hard work.
